At least 21 dead as boat capsizes near Port Blair

Port Blair:  A boat with around 45 people on board capsized in the Bay of Bengal near Port Blair this afternoon, killing at least 21. According to initial reports, the boat, 'Aqua Marine', was carrying mainly tourists including a large group of around 30 people from Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu.
