He violated her older partner twice, refusing to stop even as the woman suffered in pain, an affidavit says.
“I absolutely did not want her to touch me and she, at that point, that night raped me,” the woman said.
McCarthy admitted to using a vibrator to penetrate the woman in July, even though she knew she was in pain, authorities said.
McCarthy punched, scratched, bit and choked the woman, according to the allegations, the Palm Beach Post reported.
“Breath or I’ll kill you,” McCarthy reportedly said.
