On Saturday, the teen went to watch a movie with one of the suspects. The accused took her to a secluded area where he was joined by four friends.
She was left abandoned after committing the crime. The victim somehow managed to reach home and informed her family about the incident.
The victim was hospitalized and her condition is stable.
Three suspects have been arrested, the police said.
